Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and in the original condition

    • In the original packaging

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers)

  • Personal care products (like cosmetics, hygiene items)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable


How to Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective product.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your payment provider as it may take some time to process.
